We know this business very well because we are landlords too, we are also licensed accountants so have a good understanding of the financial aspects of property management too.
Using our experience of being landlords and accountants, we are able to provide cohesive and comprehensive packages that can suit anyone from a new accidental landlord to an established portfolio landlord. We will also make sure your property complies with current legislation including any local directions.
As we focus our services within particular geographical areas we are also able to draw on our local knowledge of reliable and competent trades people to maintain your property.
Also, focusing our services within particular areas also means that conducting checks on your property will be easier for us, because we are not spreading ourselves too thin. This results in more efficient use of our resources and more importantly a better service for you. We are close enough to respond; all too often we hear of management companies who have good intentions but lack the required resources/staff in a geographical area so their services becomes sub standard.
Our areas of primary focus are the London Boroughs of Croydon, Wandsworth, Merton, and Lambeth.
Our management style is responsive to your needs, if you would like to know everything that is going on with your property, we can tell you. Or if you would rather be left alone and just receive your rent and significant updates we can provide this service too.
Our services range from guidance regarding required certificates to rent a property. e.g. Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) all the way to block management, collecting rent, tenant finding, cleaning of communal areas etc, neighbour disputes and more.
